Group class schedule & bookings. You must cancel your reservation at least 5 hours ahead of class using your online profile if you are not attending classes.

Salsa LA Style On1

Some of the most commonly asked questions from students.
Do I need to have a partner to join a group or private class?
No, you are not required to have a partner to join a group class. Students are rotated during the class so you get to dance with different people.
You also don’t need a partner for a private lessons. You will be dancing with the instructors. Regardless of male or female instructor, all instructors know both the lead and follow moves and you will be learning the same material.
Do I Need to register for class ahead of time?
Yes, you should always reserve every class you plan to attend. Spots are limited. You should also know that we have a 5-hour cancellation window for group classes and a 24-hour window for private lessons.
Also, by creating a profile on our online scheduler you can control your schedule remotely, reserve classes and private lessons, cancel, reschedule, see how many visits you have left, look at the schedule and more.
How do I know what package is best for me?
Our Studio offers some of the best and most affordable dance class packages. If you are just trying us out go with the first time drop in discount. Then decide between the one month unlimited and the 15 Pack Class Package.
The one month unlimited gives you unlimited group classes for one month from the day you purchased. The 15 Pack is valid for 45 Days. So, ultimately it depends on how serious you are about learning and how many classes do you think you can take within a month. If it’s not that many, then then the 15 Pack Class Package may be a better option for you.

Do I need to have any type of dance experience before I join Classes?
Most of our students find our class pace just right. However, everyone learns at a different pace. If you find the class difficult, there are plenty of instructors and volunteers to assist you during the class. Outings and socials are a great way to practice moves but we also recommend practising at home after your class.
Private lessons are another option to assist you in understanding and executing the movements covered in the class as well as improving your skills (please see our Private Lessons section for further details). Finally, students are encouraged to repeat a class at a discounted rate to ensure that they have grasped all the moves and concepts.
